Ode To My Childhood

Dozing off on the rumbling train, my attention was captured by the innocence of this scene. Two children lay sprawled across their seats, falling into deep sleep. Unconcerned by their surroundings, unconcerned by the swiftly passing time outside of their window. The ease and joyful memories of my childhood rushed over my thoughts with a wave of nostalgia, inspiring me to paint this scene.
